Donovan Taylor on the Offensive!

Manager Extraordinaire Donovan Taylor in a heated battle with The BBM Ballistic Brent Myers "The Class Act" in Springfield Illinois.
This long battle, both in the ring and on Classic Professional Wrestling has seen Taylor's crew finding themselves in the hospital after The BBM provided pain and misery for the stable!
Donovan Taylor is well known and in demand, and brings unscrupulous wrestlers to the top of their game under his guidance and tutelage!
While he told fans and Promoter Bob Brooks that he was "resting up" during the holidays, it is suspected that Taylor is actually training a new Tag Team in a remote, undisclosed location for 2013!!
The chants of "Mr. Wilson" Mr. Wilson"! had been so distracting to Taylor that he acuses the fans of causing his stable to lose focus.
Promoter Bob Brooks will keep searching to find out just what Taylor is really planning on in the New Year!

A Tampa Florida Name No Fan will forget!

The name of Eddie Graham in the world of Professional Wrestling was of course a Territorial Name in Promotion, and a Mat Great in Professional Wrestling.
Mike Graham worked territories in the 70's and early 80's, and then returned home to Tampa.
The Grahams were known for Professional Wrestling, and diving.
The loss of Mike Graham as he was known to Professional Wrestling fans will now go down once again as a tragic one.
Whether you are in the business or a fan, we sometime look at the Mat Greats as immortal, nothing can stop the powerhouses who are more colorful than any other sport in the world.
We have to admit, when we lose someone in this business, it's hard to understand, but we can be humbled quickly!
Classic Professional Wrestling will remember Mike on a upcoming show, but feel it is only fitting that we do this after the family may grieve and friends remember, that we will air a Tribute to both Eddie and Mike Graham.

My sincere apologies to CPW fans everywhere.  I fell off the map last Saturday.

Off the map, out of the ring, and into a Honolulu hospital for three days. Let's say I was "down for the count."

Fear not, though.  The Queen will be back in a couple of weeks to catch up with Promotor Bob Brooks and hear all about his trip to the Cauliflower Alley Club where he was hobnobbing with the elite of the classic professional wrestling world.

Melissa here!  The Queen of the Ring wants to let you know, if you missed the show today with Tom Andrews and Judy Martin, you do want to check out the archives.  It was a great show.

Promoter Bob Brooks talked to Tom Andrews of the Interns.  They started out with a trip down memory lane talking how Tom started out down the west coast wrestling as simply "Tom Andrews" before he met up with the legendary Ken Ramey who invited him to become one of the interns when Billy Garret retired.

I was wincing when Tom told the story about how he got cracked over the head with a chair and Harley Race insisted he go to the emergency room.  And that wasn't even the worst part!  Two weeks later Harley Race personally pulled the stitches --KNOTS AND ALL -- out of his scalp!

You'll have to check out the archives for more details on that and the other stories Tom told us.

Then we talked to the lovely Judy Martin.  Judy is as lovely and gracious as ever, but --tough!!!  This woman trained with The Fabulous Moolah.  She is not to be trifled with.  She told us about the match in Amarillo with Velvet McIntyre and her experiences in Japan with the Jumping Bomb Angels. She was a real lady of the ring and still is!

...and she hasn't forgotten the Jumping Bomb Angels.  Check out the archives to hear what Judy Martin had to say about these to lovely but formidable Japanese wrestlers.
