Oregon's Own Dutch Savage passes away!

Oregon legend Dutch Savage passes away

Dutch Savage,
an Oregon Favorite passed away at the age of 78.
I spoke to Dutch a few months back, and he shared not only Professional Wrestling moments, but his faith and how strongly he felt about the lord.
Dutch would not do interviews or book anything on his Sunday. He told me that was reserved for the lords day of rest.
I personally had mixed emotions talking with him.
He could be salty, he could be friendly, and he could say what was on his mind.
Each time we talked, you never new which level he would be at.
After some thought, I realized, he was just being himself, no pretense, no attitude, just as he was in his career in the ring, he was being 100% Dutch Savage.
He will be missed, but always remembered by his fans and Classic Professional Wrestling!!

AWA Star Bill Crouch!

AWA Star Bill Crouch who worked in AWA Arenas, has been in Theatre and Films.
Bill is seen in the 1974 movie The Wrestler, with Ed Asner, Elaine Giftoes, Dick The Bruiser, The Crusher, Verne Gagne, and so many more AWA Greats.
I talked with Bill and he has been enjoying life away from the ring, but is happy to be remembered by fans in the Midwest.

Bill wrestled in the Chicago International Amphitheatre in the 70's.
He was always willing to sign autographs.
Bill could wrestle and always gave his all in the ring and in Theatre.
